Course Completion (Barber Stylist Program)

Key Requirements.

• To complete the program all students must accumulate 1500 clock hours. Full-time students to complete in not less than 9 months. PART-TIME STUDENTS *See Instructor*
• It is a requirement that full-time financial aid participants attend school no less than a period of 12 months and no more than a period of 24 months for part-time participants.
• All students must pass a comprehensive written and practical exit exam with a grade of 75% or better before taking The State Barber Board Examination.
• Previous Training: This college accepts a maximum of 700 clock hours from any barber school or college.

BARBER STYLIST PROGRAM

• This program consists of 1,320 clock hours of practical application and 180 clock hours of general theory for a total of 1,500 clock hours that must be completed.

BARBER TEACHER PROGRAM

• This program consists of 1,000 clock hours practical and theory. Applicants must have a current Texas Barber License.

Refresh Course of 300 clock hours is available

Barber Technician Course of 300 clock hours is also available

Manicurist Program of 600 clock hours is also available for 6 months.

* Non-refundable Application fee of $100.00 is required for all courses.

Student Kit

This is to be purchased by the school supplier. List of the required equipment and supplies provided by the school.

All equipment and supplies issued at the expense of Trend Barber College, Inc., will remain the property of the school until full completion of the course.

All unpaid balance must be paid in full prior to the course completion. All state board fees

must be paid by students
